It's almost time for that coat you can only wear once a year

We are so close to spring! I can taste it!

Before we get into what I bought, this New Yorker cartoon by Becky Barnicoat really hit me:
What I bought in February
A woman on TikTok who collects perfume called this one from Dedcool her all-time favorite and I immediately opened a tab. What I love about this brand is you can build your own sampler of 6 of their scents for $33. The samples are pretty big *and* you get 20% off if you decide to buy a full-sized bottle after the sampler. I picked: Blonde, Rocco, Madonna Lilly, Taunt, Blonde, Velvet and Milk. I find myself reaching for Rocco a lot and often mixing it with one of the others. This link should get you $10 off your first order if you decide to try it out.
I rebought Glossier’s Lash Slick, which is the only mascara I can stand. Any other mascara I’ve tried makes me feel like I have spider leg lashes. Why are they all so intense!!
I got a Cuup bra and unfortunately hated it so it’s going back.
After years of hearing Quip ads on Who Weekly I was finally ~*influenced*~ and bought a bundle including a toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash concentrate and dispenser, floss and gum (all of these pieces are on this page). I love all of it, especially the mouthwash dispenser, which is NOT an eyesore. The entire site is 25% off right now with code SPRING25.
I got these amazing high rise wide-leg jeans at Madewell. They sold out quickly but I’ve seen them come back in stock periodically, likely as people return what didn’t fit. I also got this floral coverup that I will wear as a robe, duster, dress, beach coverup, etc. Everything at Madewell is 20% off if you have an account with them.
I rebought the Ole Henriksen banana bright eye cream during their 30% off sale. I really love the texture and the fact that it’s brightening. It acts as a really good base for concealer or you can wear it on its own. Ole Henriksen’s sale is over but the Sephora Insider sale is happening in early April so you could buy it there at a bit of a discount depending on your membership level. If you’re looking for Sephora ideas, my past recs are here and here.
I bought a set of floral print juice glasses at Capital Vintage on a recent trip to Kingston. I found similar ones on Etsy here, here and here.
I got these Food52 silicone utensils on sale at Nordstrom (they’re still on sale! great price!). Their knife set, which I have and love, is also on sale. I also bought a set of Susan Alexandra napkins for $40 during that same Nordstrom sale. They’re sold out now but available here.
These earrings made me laugh
They took this photo at the exact moment they told her these earrings cost $220.
Tabs I bravely closed (for now)
Someone should buy this wavy print top
These are really good pants.
I love the frog print on this dress.
The only reason I did not buy these shoes is because they’re sold out in my size.
Does anyone need a bucket bag?
Lol I fell in love with another vintage Gucci bag :)
Kristine’s newsletter introduced me to the idea of wrap tops for working out and I’ve been eyeing this super entry level one from Old Navy and this one from Everyday Yoga.
Great rug!
